Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders require processing before shipment.

  • All orders are processed within 7–12 business days.
  • Processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, and secure packaging.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping time begins after order processing is complete.

Estimated delivery time is calculated as:

Available Shipping Methods (United States Only):

  • Expedited Express Shipping: 9–14 business days
  • Sea Freight Shipping: 25–45 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Expedited Express: 16–26 business days
  • Sea Freight: 33–57 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping is provided for all orders within the United States.
  • For oversized, heavy, or special-order items, additional shipping charges may apply.
    Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Oversized Packages

Packages larger than 39 inches (100 cm) will be shipped by sea freight by default due to size and safety requirements.

If you prefer expedited shipping for oversized items, please contact us at support@homelinn.com prior to shipment to discuss available options.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active.

Delays & Holidays

If a shipment arrives in the United States during a federal holiday, delivery may be delayed until the next business day.
Unforeseen factors such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or severe weather may also impact delivery times.

Products That May Take Longer to Ship

1. Out-of-Stock Items

While we strive to keep all items in stock, some products may become temporarily unavailable.

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email. You may choose to:

  • Continue waiting for the item to be produced and shipped, or
  • Cancel the order for a full refund

2. Customized Products

Customized or made-to-order items require additional preparation time.

Customized product processing time: 5–15 business days after order confirmation 

Taxes & Duties

Once a package arrives in the destination country, it may be subject to import taxes, duties and related customs fees. These fees are determined by the customs office of the particular destination. The payment of these fees and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and we at homelinn.com are not responsible for them. For further details on charges, please contact your local customs office. It is your responsibility to check your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we are not responsible for any items that are not accepted for entry into a particular country.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing

PackagesIf your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Homelinn is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
